If you are willing to Host a dinner social, please fill out the form below.  It is suggested that you secure one or more couples to assist and share the burden of planning and preparing the meal.  If the meal is to be prepared and served by you and your partners, it will be required that everyone involved has a current Food Handlers Card.  If the meal you Host will be prepared by a restaurant or caterer, the Food Handlers Card requirement is still in force unless the serving  of the meal is done by the supplier of the food.  Thank you for volunteering to host an event.
