SetUp/CleanUp Sign Up

Before filling out the sign up form, please look at the list of people currently signed up at the bottom of this page.  If there are already 4 sign ups for the date you are considering, consider that date full.  If that's the case, please consider signing up for a different upcoming date.

Enter the names of the people you are signing up.  Include both first names and both last names with a "/" between them.

After the names have been entered, refresh the page and you should see the names added to the responses sheet below.
