To join the Couples Golf Club download and fill out the application form below.  If you do not have the capability to download and print the application, stop by the Pro Shop and they will have copies there.  Once you have filled out the application, send it as an attachment to an email to this address:  ssvcgc@gmail.com.  That is the email address for the Secretary couple who will reply with instructions as to what to do next.

If you are unfamiliar with the Food Handlers section of the application, just ignore it for now and it will be explained to you as the process plays out.
